I have the pleasure of inviting you to attend the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Ansell Limited. Your notice of Meeting and Proxy Form are enclosed, and a copy of the 2015 Annual Report may be viewed on our website at www.ansell.com. A hard copy of the report is enclosed if you previously requested a copy via mail.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 8 October 2015 at the Grand Hyatt, 123 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria.

The Annual General Meeting will commence at 10:30am. Registration will be open for shareholders from 9:30am. In order to assist with the registration process, please bring this letter with you to the meeting.

If you are unable to attend, I would encourage you to participate by lodging your proxy using one of the methods outlined on the Proxy Form.
