This has reference to our letter dated the 30th September, 2019 in respect of Clarification regarding news article in the Times of India Newspaper on 30th September, 2019 captioned "Pranav Ansal held at IGI. In Judicial Custody For 14 Days", please note that Shri Pranav Ansal, Vice-Chairman and Whole Time Director of the Company has got bail from Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Branch {Court} and has been released from the Judicial Custody on the 11th February, 2020.
Kindly note that other officers of the Company who were sent to judicial custody for customer related issues were also got bail from the Court and released from the Judicial Custody.
You are requested to please take the same on record.
