This is to inform you that Mr. Prithvi Raj Khanna, Non Executive and Independent Director of the Company vide his letter dated the 03rd October, 2018 (received by the Company on 03rd October, 2018) has resigned from the position of Directorship of the Company with immediate effect.
Accordingly the Company has taken into effect the said resignation w.e.f 3rd October, 2018.
