Change of auditor

Anpario plc (AIM:ANP), the international producer and distributor of natural animal feed additives for animal health, nutrition and biosecurity, announces that, following a formal tender process, it has appointed BDO LLP ("BDO") as its auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2020. Accordingly, Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte") has resigned as the Company's auditor and has deposited a statement with the Company confirming that there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation that should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

Anpario intends to confirm the appointment of BDO in a vote of shareholders, at the Company's next Annual General Meeting. The board wishes to thank Deloitte for its services and support over the past three years.
