Marc Wilson, Group Finance Director:

1.    Purchased 3,275 Ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 218.44p each on 24th March 2023.

2.    Sold, 2,055 Ordinary Shares at a price of 216.5p and then immediately purchased 2,055 Ordinary Shares at a price of 218.44p within an ISA on 24th March 2023.

Following these transactions, the ultimate beneficial ownership of Marc Wilson in Anpario is 14,951 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
