Director/PDMR Shareholding

Anpario announces that it was notified on 2nd February 2023 by Karen Prior, Corporate Responsibility Director of the Company, that:

1.    On 2 February 2023 Antony Prior (husband of Karen Prior) transferred 10,000 ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Karen Prior for nil consideration. He also sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 347.25p and then immediately purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 347.5p within an ISA.

2.    On 2 February 2023 Karen Prior sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 347.25p and then immediately purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 347.5p within an ISA. 

Following these transactions the ultimate beneficial ownership of Karen Prior in Anpario remains unchanged at 157,445 Ordinary Shares representing 0.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
