Anpario announces that it was notified today by Karen Prior, Group Finance Director of the Company, that:

1.    On 1 April 2021 Antony Prior (husband of Karen Prior) sold 2,500 ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 570p each. Antony Prior then purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 572p each within an ISA.

2.    On 6 April 2021 Antony Prior sold 2,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 570p each. Antony Prior then purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 571p each within an ISA.

3.    On 6 April 2021 Karen Prior sold 2,695 Ordinary Shares at a price of 570p each. Karen Prior then purchased 2,695 Ordinary Shares at a price of 571p each within an ISA.

Following these transactions the ultimate beneficial ownership of Karen Prior in Anpario remains unchanged at 77,445 Ordinary Shares representing 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
