NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PDMR AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

Anpario plc announces that on 5 February 2020, 44,407 ordinary shares of 23 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") (the "SAYE Shares") were issued as a result of the exercise of employee share options, in connection with the Company's 2013 Save As You Earn Scheme.

The SAYE Shares rank pari passu with all existing Ordinary Shares. The issue of the SAYE Shares has been satisfied via the Company's existing block listing.

Following issue of the SAYE Shares today, the Company's total issued share capital is 23,497,622 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds 143,042 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 23,354,580. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

On 5 February 2020 the Company was notified by the following directors of the Company of the exercise of options of Ordinary Shares, exercised on that day, being Ordinary Shares granted under the Company's SAYE at an option price of 224.13 pence.
