On 10th September 2014 Karen Prior, Group Finance Director, purchased 12,000 ordinary shares, at a price of 257.00p per share.

Following the purchase Mrs. Prior's shareholding in the Company is 64,751 ordinary shares representing 0.3% of the issued share capital.
