Anpario, the independent manufacturer of natural sustainable animal feed additives for health, nutrition and biosecurity, makes the following disclosure pursuant to Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Matthew Robinson was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Inland Homes plc (AIM: INL) ("Inland") on 14 March 2023, at a time when Inland was experiencing corporate governance and financial challenges. On 27 September 2023, Inland announced that the appointment of administrators, in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency Act, was in the best interests of all stakeholders, and on 4 October 2023, the company was placed into administration.
