Directorate change

Anpario, the international producer of natural feed additives for animal health, hygiene and nutrition, is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Wood as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 November 2017.

Richard Wood has considerable global animal health experience having built Genus plc from a small company privatised by the government, into a world leading animal genetics company. More recently, Richard was a non-executive director of Avon Rubber plc and was also chairman of Ocean Harvest Technology Inc. a small manufacturer of therapeutic animal feeds using seaweeds. 

Peter Lawrence, chairman said;

"We are delighted Richard will be joining the Board bringing his significant sector and city experience relating to both organic and acquisition growth. Richard's experience will help support the global expansion plans of Anpario and its management team."

Richard Kenneth Wood, aged 72 previously held the following directorships in the last 5 years.
