Result of General Meeting

Anpario PLC (AIM: ANP), the independent manufacturer of natural sustainable animal feed additives for health, nutrition and biosecurity, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, the Special Resolution as set out in the Notice of the General Meeting was duly passed on a poll of votes. Total votes received from shareholders by the Company were cast as follows:

Note: A vote "Withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes "For" and "Against" shown.

Tender Offer

Further to the Company's announcement and the Circular dated 2 June 2023 ("Circular"), the latest time and date for receipt of Tender Forms or TTE Instructions from Shareholders in respect of the Tender Offer is 1.00 p.m. on 22 June 2023.

The results of the Tender Offer will be announced on 23 June 2023.

All references to time in this announcement are to UK time. Capitalised terms in this announcement (unless otherwise defined) have the same meanings as set out in the Circular.
