| Posting of Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") |
| Anpario plc (AIM:ANP), the international producer and distributor of natural animal feed additives for animal health, nutrition and biosecurity, has published its Notice of AGM, which has been sent to shareholders who have elected to receive them and is available on the Company's website: www.anpario.com/investor/shareholder-notices/. The Board plans to hold the AGM at 11.00 am on Thursday 17 June 2021 at Hodsock Priory, Blyth, Worksop S81 0TY. Although our preference had been to welcome shareholders in person to the AGM, due to the UK Government's current guidance on social distancing and the prohibition of non-essential travel and public gatherings, we have made alternative arrangements for the AGM. We therefore strongly encourage shareholders not to attend the AGM in person. Instead, shareholders are encouraged to vote on all resolutions by completing a proxy appointment form appointing the chairman of the meeting as your proxy. If you wish to table any questions then you can submit in writing to the attention of the Company Secretary or send by email to [email protected] by 15th June 2021. The anonymised questions and responses will be published on the Company's website along with a presentation. The Notice together with a Form of Proxy are available at www.anpario.com/investor/shareholder-notices/. Further information regarding the arrangements for the AGM and what shareholders should do in order to vote at the AGM are contained in the Notice convening the AGM. |
