LUND, July 31, 2015 — In July 2015, the number of shares and votes in Anoto Group AB (publ.) (Reg. No. 556532-3929) increased by 20, 000, 000 shares as a result of a share issue resolved by the board of directors on the June 12, 2015.

As of July 31, 2015, the share capital in Anoto Group AB amounts to SEK 16,942,909.70 divided into 847,145,485 shares. The total number of votes in Anoto Group AB as of July 31, 2015 amounts to 847,145,485.
