Anoto Group AB (publ.) receives subscription commitment and short-term loan

Lund, February 21, 2013 — Anoto has on 20 February 2013 received a commitment by Albatross Technologies Corporation to subscribe for shares in the Anoto rights issue that was announced on 4 February 2013 as well as to provide a short-term loan of SEK 8,500,000. Albatross Technologies Corporation, which is not an existing shareholder in Anoto, has undertaken to subscribe for shares with or without the exercise of subscription rights in an amount corresponding to the loan and to pay the subscription price for the shares by off-setting the loan.

The rights issue is subject to approval by the extraordinary general meeting to be held on 4 March 2013 at 1.00 pm at Anoto's offices in Lund.
