Change in number of shares and votes in Anoto Group AB (publ.)

Lund, September 30, 2011 - As previously announced Anoto has completed the acquisition of 51 per cent of the shares in Destiny Wireless Ltd. ("Destiny") and, as a result, issued shares to the sellers of the relevant shares in Destiny.

Pursuant to Chapter 4 Section 9 of the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act, Anoto hereby announces that the share issuance in Anoto has resulted in an increase in the number of shares and votes in Anoto during September 2011 as set out below.
