Henrik Hammarskiöld is proposed as new board member of Anoto

Stockholm, June 20, 2019 - Nerthus Investments Limited (the "Major Shareholder"), which represents approximately 9 percent of the total number of shares in Anoto Group AB (publ) (the "Company"), has in the notice to the Extraordinary General Meeting on July 3, 2019 submitted a proposal to elect new members to the Board of Directors. In addition to the proposals presented in the notice, the Major Shareholder has informed the Company that the Major Shareholder also proposes election of Henrik Hammarskiöld as a new member of the Board of the Company.
