Anoto Further Reduces Costs and Enhances Its Management Committee and informs of a change in the board

LUND, Sweden, September 19, 2016 – Over the next few weeks Anoto Group AB (ANOT) will finish integrating the product development, support, and operations functions of its Livescribe acquisition into its global organization. This consolidation will eliminate the overhead associated with two offices, increase efficiency, reduce operating costs, and enhance customer service. Brett Halle, with Livescribe, has now left the board of Anoto Group AB.

Anoto Group AB has appointed Anders Sjögren, PhD, to the position of Chief Technology Officer. Thomas Davenport, previously SVP Manufacturing & Quality, is now the Chief Manufacturing Officer. Will Reeb, PhD, has accepted the role of Chief Marketing Officer. Patrick Monaghan has joined the company and Management Committee as Chief Legal Officer. Patrick is a graduate of Penn Law and Wharton with extensive international experience in the financial sector. Anna Belfrage has joined Anoto as Interim CFO.
