Anoto Group AB´s Nomination Committee formed

Lund, 27 January 2014 - In accordance with the decision at Anoto Group AB's Annual General Meeting in May last year the Nomination Committee for the general meeting 2014 shall consist of four persons, namely three persons nominated by the three largest shareholders in the company and of the chairman of the board of the company.

Solid Technologies Ltd has nominated JoonHee Won, Danske Fonder has nominated André Vatsgar and Antonio Mugica has nominated himself. The fourth member is Jörgen Durban, chairman of the board.

The Nomination Committee shall prepare and present to the Annual General Meeting 2014 proposals for the following issues:

• 1. Chairman at the Annual General Meeting
• 1. Chairman and other Members of the Board
• 1. Fees to the Board of Directors
• 1. Fees to the Auditors

• Procedure for electing a Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2015

The Nomination Committee's proposal for Board Members shall be presented in the notice for the Annual General Meeting to be held in May 2014 and at the company's home page.
