Board member resigns from the Board of Anoto

Lund, 30 April 2014 – The Board member Erik Tronbøl has decided to resign from the Board of Anoto Group AB (publ). Erik Tronbøl joined the Board in July 2013 and the company extends its thanks for his work in the Board.

The Board of Anoto Group AB shall, according to the Articles of Association, consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of eight Board members. After Erik Tronbøls resignation the Board consists of three members. Election of a possible replacement for Erik Tronbøl will take place at the next AGM.
