Anders Widesjö announces that he will leave his position as CFO at Anoto

Lund, January 24, 2011 – Anders Widesjö, CFO at Anoto and member of the management team since January 2008, has announced that he will leave Anoto during the summer of 2011. The reason for Anders' resignation is that he after 35 years of work, in various leading positions, wishes to engage in activities outside the financial field.

To ensure continuity, Dan Wahrenberg, Finance Manager at Anoto for the past five years, takes on the position as Acting CFO and member of the management team.

"Anders has been a committed and appreciated colleague and we will miss his profound knowledge and judgment," says Torgny Hellström, CEO, Anoto Group AB. "At the same time, we want to wish Dan best of luck in his new position," Torgny Hellström continues.

In addition, Anna Liffner, HR Manager at Anoto since 2005, and Christian Delfin, Operations Manager at Anoto since 2008, have become members of the Anoto management team.
