Anoto Group AB´s Nomination Committee Formed

Lund, November 12, 2010 - In accordance with the decision at Anoto Group AB´s Annual General Meeting on May 5, 2010, a Nomination Committee has been formed as follows:

JoonHee Won representing Aurora Investment Ltd (Chairman of the Nomination Committee), Paddy Padmanabhan representing Double Day Holdings, Per Boassen representing Essensor AS, Jan Andersson representing Robur Fonder and Jörgen Durban (Chairman of the Board).

The Nomination Committee shall prepare and present to the Annual General Meeting 2011 proposals for the following issues:

• 1. Chairman at the Annual General Meeting
• 1. Chairman and other Members of the Board
• 1. Fees to the Board of Directors
• 1. Fees to the Auditors

• Procedure for electing a Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2012

The Nomination Committee's proposal for Board Members shall be presented in the notice for the Annual General Meeting to be held in May 2011 and at the company's home page.
