Additional Listing

Following option exercises under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme by various employees at a price of 130 pence per share, 10,000 new ordinary shares of 20p each ('Ordinary Shares') have been issued.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 10,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in the new Ordinary Shares on or around 13th August 2015.  

Subsequent to admission there will be 21,029,636 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.
