Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the international animal health business, announces that it was notified on 19 November 2025 that Dr Douglas Hutchens, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 7,500 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the same date at a price of 249p per share.

As a result, Dr Douglas Hutchens' total interest in the Company, including all persons closely associated, is now 12,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's total voting rights.
