Director/PDMR Shareholding

The board of Animalcare announces that James Lambert, the Company's Non-executive Chairman, has today purchased 901,699 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") off-market at a mid-price of 153.5 pence per share from his self-invested personal pension. Mr Lambert's overall beneficial interest in 1,413,691 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.8 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, is unchanged following this trade.
