Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 28, 2016, ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“ANI,” “we,” or “us”) issued a press release announcing that we will release our second quarter 2016 financial results on Thursday, August 4, 2016, before the opening of the U.S. financial markets. We will host a conference call with the investment community at 10:30am, Eastern Time on August 4, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
