Further Repayment of Riverfort Loan Facility

Angus Energy (AIM: ANGS) has today repaid £58,333 in cash on the above facility, as noted in our RNS of 20 April 2020, as opposed to allowing further conversion of this amount.  The revised loan facility balance will therefore be £175,001 and the next repayment date will be 24 August 2020.
