Anglo Asian Mining plc ("Anglo Asian" or the "Company"), the AIM-listed gold, copper and silver producer focused in Azerbaijan, announces that it was notified yesterday that on 22 and 23 November 2018, a person discharging managerial responsibility, Stephen Westhead, Director of Geology purchased a total of 60,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 86.3 pence per share.

Following these transactions, Stephen Westhead holds a beneficial interest in 235,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.21 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
