BONUS SHARE PLAN ("BSP") - 2013 AWARD

The Company announces that on 1 March 2013, the following awards of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") were made for nil consideration pursuant to the BSP.

The undernoted Bonus Shares are conditional on continued employment until 31 December 2015, subject to the rules of the BSP.

The undernoted Enhancement Shares are subject to the attainment of a stretching earnings per share performance condition during a three-year performance period ending on 31 December 2015.
