DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company announces that it has received notification today of the following transactions in ordinary shares ("Shares") in the capital of the Company by Directors/PDMRs.  All transactions took place on 11 March 2016.

Vesting of Shares awarded at nil cost under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")

Following the partial achievement of performance conditions attached to the Share awards made under the LTIP in March 2013, 50% of the Share awards vested on 11 March 2016.  Shares were released to the following Directors/PDMRs, net of the Shares sold to cover taxes, as noted below. The remaining 50% of the Share awards did not vest and lapsed on the same date.  Anik Michaud's award related to her employment prior to becoming a PDMR, and as such was released in full.

Accordingly, the share interests of those Directors/PDMRs have changed as follows:
