The Company announces that on 6 January 2016 the following non-executive directors of the Company acquired ordinary shares of US$0.54945 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), pursuant to a 'Shares in lieu of fees' scheme compliant with Paragraph 17 of the Model Code, as follows:
