DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS

The Company announces that 23,849 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing the second tranche of an award granted to Tony O'Neill, a PDMR, upon his appointment in 2013, were released on 2 March 2015. Following the sale of 11,210 shares at £12.30 per share, on the same date, to meet the income tax / NIC liability, 12,639 shares have been released to Mr O'Neill.
