DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS

The Company announces that 9,983 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing part of the award granted to Mark Cutifani, Chief Executive, upon his appointment in 2013, vested on 20 May 2014. Following the sale of 4,693 shares at £15.37 per share to meet the income tax / NIC liability, a net 5,290 shares have been released to Mr Cutifani.
