Reference is made to the notice of redemption delivered by Anglo American Capital plc (the "Issuer") on February 7, 2018 to holders the Notes.

The Issuer hereby informs holders of the Notes that the redemption price of the Notes to be redeemed on March 9, 2018 (the "Redemption Date") is \$833,166,959.20 and comprises the principal amount of \$750,000,000 plus the Applicable Premium of \$53,674,771.70 and accrued and unpaid interest to the Redemption Date of \$29,492,187.50.
