Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Angling Direct PLC (AIM: ANG), the leading omni-channel specialist fishing tackle and equipment retailer announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2025 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been distributed to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Angling Direct, 2d Wendover Road, Rackheath Industrial Estate, Norwich, Norfolk, NR13 6LH on Thursday 19 June 2025 at 10:00am.

A copy of both the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are now available on the Company's website at: https://www.anglingdirect.co.uk/corporate/

The results of voting will be announced following the conclusion of the AGM and will also be available on the Group's website.
