Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, vide its meeting held on June 01, 2021 has approved allotment of 135,211 Equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the Mrs. Juhi Vinay Agrawal (Spouse of Late Mr. Vinay Agrawal) upon exercise of stock options vested under Angel Broking Employee Stock Option Plan 2018.

The above shares are allotted to Mrs. Juhi Vinay Agrawal pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company on April 22, 2021 based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee to transfer and vest all the unvested shares granted to Late Mr. Vinay Agrawal (erstwhile Chief Executive Officer & Whole Time Director of the Company) to his legal heir Mrs. Juhi Vinay Agrawal.

Consequent to the said allotment the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands at Rs. 822,617,180 comprising of 82,261,718 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
