A person whose name is recorded in the register of members or in register of beneficial interest owners maintained by the depositories as on Friday, July 30, 2021 (cut-off date) shall be entitled to vote on the resolutions proposed to be passed by Postal Ballot / remote e-voting and any person who is not a member as on that date should treat this Postal Ballot notice for information purpose only. 2. The Company has completed the dispatch of the Notice of Postal Ballot on Monday, August 09, 2021. 6.
