Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") we hereby inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (with Limited Review) for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
Further, pursuant to the Listing Regulations and the amendments made thereto, the Trading Window in respect of equity shares of the Company will remain closed from January 01, 2026 till 48 hours from the date of declaration of the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
Further, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we hereby intimate that the Company will be hosting an earnings call with analysts and investors on Friday, January 16, 2026 at 11:00 hrs.(IST), to discuss the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
