Subject: Intimation of Board Meeting on October 20, 2021 and earnings call with analysts and investors

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (" Listing Regulations ") we hereby inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results (with Limited Review) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 and to consider, approve and declare 2[nd] interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-22.

It is further informed that in terms of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Record Date for reckoning the shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the interim dividend, if any, so declared will be Thursday, October 28, 2021.

Further, pursuant to the Listing Regulations and the amendments made thereto, the Trading Window in respect of equity shares of the Company should remain closed till the declaration of interim dividend. However, the trading window of the Company is already closed and shall be open after 48 hours from the date of declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results (with Limited Review) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021. Please note that the trading window shall re-open on October 25, 2021.
