In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India {Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the "Listing Regulations"), we hereby inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Angel One Limited (formerly known as Angel Broking Limited) (the "Company") has approved grants of 3537 Stock Options and 3574 Restrictive Stock Units ("RSU") convertible into equal number of Equity Shares of the Company of face value of Rs.10/- each to 2 (Two) eligible employees of the Company under the Angel Broking Employee Long Term Incentive Plan 2021 ("LTI Plan 2021").
