Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") we hereby inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 13, 2022 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results (with Limited Review) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022 and to consider, approve and declare 2[nd] Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2022-23. It is further informed that in terms of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Record Date for reckoning the shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the interim dividend, if any, so declared, will be Friday, October 21, 2022.

Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from Saturday, October 01, 2022 and will re-open on Monday, October 17, 2022.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we hereby also intimate that the Company will be hosting an earnings call with analysts and investors on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 1100 hrs (IST), to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022. The details are attached herewith. The transcript of the earnings call will be posted on the Company’s website www.angelone.in .
