Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved appointment of Mr. Muralidharan Ramachandran (DIN: 08330682) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from August 06, 2021 for period of 5 years, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

In compliance to the SEBI circular no. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, we confirm that Mr. Muralidharan Ramachandran has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authority.

He has been working in various senior technology and business leadership roles over the last 20 years in the areas of information technology and information security in the capacity of Head of Quality Assurance, CIO, CTO and CISO, Managing Director/CEO of Atos India Local Business before taking over the current role of driving Business growth of infrastructure, security services and industrialized automation for Syntel’s global customers.
