Notice of Annual General Meeting

Anexo Group plc (AIM: ANX), the specialist integrated credit hire and legal services provider, announces that electronic copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, are now available from the Company's investor relations website at www.anexo-group.com .  Hard copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 9 a.m. on Tuesday 18 June 2024 at the offices of Bond Turner, 5th Floor, The Plaza, 100 Old Hall Street, Liverpool, L3 9QJ.

The Company encourages shareholders to vote by proxy whether or not they intend to attend the Company's AGM in person. Proxy votes may be sent by hand, courier or mail to: Equiniti Limited, Aspect House, Spencer Road, Lancing, West Sussex BN99 6DA. The signed proxy must be received by 9:00 a.m. on Friday 14 June 2024 or, if the meeting is adjourned, 48 hours before the adjourned meeting.

Shareholders are encouraged to register any questions in advance of the AGM by submitting these to: nick@anexo-group.com by 9:00 a.m. on Friday 14 June 2024. Questions will be responded to individually and any areas of significant shareholder interest will be addressed with answers on the Company's website as soon as practicable following the AGM.

The integrated business targets the impecunious not at fault motorist, referring to those who do not have the financial means or access to a replacement vehicle.

Through its dedicated Credit Hire sales team and network of 1,100 plus active introducers around the UK, Anexo provides customers with an end-to-end service including the provision of Credit Hire vehicles, assistance with repair and recovery, and claims management services. The Group's Legal Services division, Bond Turner, provides the legal support to maximise the recovery of costs through settlement or court action as well as the processing of any associated personal injury claim.
