Director Shareholding

On 5 December 2017, the Company was advised that, as a consequence of his son reaching 18 years of age on 6 December 2017, the interest of Jean-Pierre Murray, a non-executive director of the Company, in ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") should no longer include the 53,050 Ordinary Shares held directly by his son and over which Jean-Pierre Murray no longer has any influence or control. Jean-Pierre Murray's resultant interest is, therefore, 1,198,736 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.84 per cent of the issued Ordinary Shares.
