Our Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 24 June, 2021 recommended a Dividend of Rs.1.50/- (15%) per share on Equity Shares (Face Value of Rs.10/-) of the Company for the year ending 31° March, 2021 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 37" Annual General Meeting of the Company.
