Notice of the Board Meeting - Intimation under Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Intimation of Trading Window Closure Period.

Pursuant to the above said Regulations, we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of our company will be held at Registered office of the Company at Durga Cement Works, Durgapuram, Dachepalli - 522414, Palnadu District, Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday, the 24[th ] January, 2024 to, inter­ alia, consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the company for the Third quarter and nine months period ending 3i[5t ] December, 2023.

In this connection, we wish to inform you that in accordance with the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by our company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for the securities of our company will remain closed from 1st January, 2024 to 48 hours after the date of the declaration of our financial results for the third quarter and nine months period ending 31 [st ] December, 2023 after their approval by our Board at its meeting as mentioned above.

Accordingly, all the designated persons, key management personnel, directors and other connected persons of our company have been advised not to enter in to any transactions involving the securities of the company during the above said trading window closure period.
