Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Andfjord Salmon

Group AS (the "Company") on 27 February 2025 regarding the successful private

placement of 17,142,858 new shares (the "New Shares") at a subscription price of

NOK 35 per share, raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 600 million.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the New Shares has now

been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The

Company's new share capital is NOK 84,761,871 divided on 84,761,871 shares, each

with a par value of NOK 1.
