Reference is made to announcement on 18 February 2022 concerning issuance of

959,595 new shares in Andfjord Salmon AS through a private placement, resolved

by the board pursuant to the authorization granted by the annual general meeting

on 6 May 2021.

The share capital increase pertaining to the new shares has now been registered

with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the

registered share capital of the company is now NOK 36,893,995, divided on

36,893,995 shares of par value of NOK 1.
