11 March 2021: In connection with an offer to the Company's employees, the board

of directors of Andfjord Salmon AS (the "Company") has resolved to issue 82,500

new shares in the Company. The subscription price per share is NOK 37.00. The

shares will be subject to a three year lock-up and certain other restrictions.

Following registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the new

shares with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the Company's new

share capital will be NOK 35,873,500 divided on 35,873,500 shares, each with

nominal value NOK 1.

Of the shares, Bjarne Martinsen (CFO) has subscribed for, and will hold, 40,000

shares and Helge Krøgenes (CCO) has subscribed for 20,063 shares and will hold 1

408 479 shares.
