Reference is made to the resolutions by the board of directors on 11 March 2021

and 8 October 2021, where resolutions were passed to increase the company's

share capital by issuing new shares to employees and board members respectively.

The board authorization to issue shares were approved by the general meeting on

24 March 2020, and 6 May 2021 respectively. The share capital increases have now

been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the new

registered share capital of the company is 35,934,400, and the total share count

is 35,934,400 each having a par value of NOK 1.
